Congruent
has recently established a Solution Centre devoted to
research, off-site development, upgrades and support.
Conducting project work off-site in Congruent's Solution
Centre can be a cost effective option for many clients as it
minimizes additional consulting expenses including travel
and lodging.
The
Centre enables our consultants to master new technologies
and provides a safe environment for development and testing.
We can model and test the
PeopleSoft application without impacting on production
environments. Extensive testing has optimised the
performance of our system and we have tackled many
connectivity issues which means maximising client system
efficiency in minimal time.
Services
performed by the Centre include PeopleSoft 8 compare report
generation, modification upgrades and other database
upgrades. While the majority of upgrade services are focused
on actual PeopleSoft database objects, support for interface
and reporting upgrades can be managed separately.
As a
PeopleSoft customer, we used the Centre to perform our own
PeopleSoft HCM 8 upgrade.
