Anton de Weger
Anton de Weger is the
founder and Managing Director of Congruent in Europe
and was a founding Director of Congruent in Australia. He has
over nine years project management, technical and functional
consulting experience on PeopleSoft HCM, Global Payroll and
Financials for clients in the United Kingdom, France, Singapore
and Australia.
Anton has been involved in the development of the PeopleSoft
core product in the Asia Pacific region. His experience includes
the design and development of Time and Attendance and the
customisation of HCM and Payroll from V3 to V7 for Asia/Pacific.
He has most recently been engaged as a lead functional consultant
for a variety of Global Payroll projects including the Unilever
implementation where his expertise was utilised to facilitate
significant functional advancements in the module.

Michael has been working in the IT industry for sixteen years
and has six years experience as a PeopleSoft project manager
and senior functional consultant. He has a strong project
management background and his experience includes
business and systems analysis, functional and technical consulting,
product evaluation, specification, design, implementation
of systems and reporting. Michael has successfully managed
a number of PeopleSoft projects through their entire lifecycle,
some concurrently.

Simon Lassam is a Director and Senior Consultant of Congruent.
He has over ten years project management, technical and functional
consulting experience on PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll and Financials
for clients across Europe.
Simon has a strong background in IT with over 20 years experience
as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager. After successfully managing the Ernst &
Young PeopleSoft HCM 8 Upgrade to completion, he has most recently been involved in the initial planning of an

Alan has over three years experience as

been involved in all aspects of the ERP implementation
lifecycle for a variety of complex, multi-country
configurations. Alan’s leadership experience

for supported PeopleSoft applications at Thames Water.

Andrew Terrell
Andrew has over fifteen years experience in the IT Industry
in a variety of roles including consultant, project lead, systems
administration, systems design and analyst/programmer. Andrew
has worked exclusively in a client facing consultancy role for the
last eight years, including five years on the PeopleSoft
applications. Andrew specialises in PeopleTools and the associated
technologies and has product knowledge in both the Human Resource
Management and Financial Management applications.
Ben Jones
Ben has over seven years of functional
HCM experience with the PeopleSoft product. His strong HCM
background includes almost four years as a Functional HCM
implementation consultant, four years as the central HCM
resource in a multi-business, multi-site environment and three
years as the sole representative of the Distribution division
of Christian Salvesen on the group sponsored PeopleSoft
implementation project.

Camilla was the Functional Lead for a global rollout of
PeopleSoft GTE for Volvo Cars where her experience was
utilised to facilitate cultural and business change in a multi-country environment.

functional consultant and much of her experience was gained
whilst working for PeopleSoft Consulting. Her
strong HCM background includes over ten years experience in
Personnel Management and six years experience in HCM system

utilised to define customer requirements, relate these to
the delivered functionality and where gaps are identified,
